By accessing or using Yachal ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Yachal provides:

• Categorized Bible verses for various life situations
• Daily Bible verse notifications
• Prayer request sharing and community support
• Testimony sharing platform
• Multiple Bible version support

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in inappropriate behavior.

4. Content Guidelines

4.1 User-Generated Content

When posting prayer requests or testimonies, you agree:

• Not to post offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Not to share personal information of others without consent
• To keep content faith-focused and encouraging
• Not to spam or advertise products/services

4.2 Content Moderation

All prayer requests and testimonies are reviewed before publication. We reserve the right to reject or remove content that violates these guidelines.

4.3 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you post, but grant Yachal a license to display and distribute it within the App.

5. Subscription Terms

5.1 Subscription Tiers

• Free: Read prayers and testimonies, favorite verses
• Subscribed: Post prayers and testimonies, no ads

5.2 Billing

Subscriptions are managed through Google Play or Apple App Store. Billing is handled by those platforms according to their terms.

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the App
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute App content

7. Disclaimer

Yachal is provided "as is" without warranties. While we strive for accuracy in Bible verses, users should verify with official Bible sources. The App is not a substitute for professional counseling or medical advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Yachal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
